I forgot to post these a month or so ago. These are from the last day of school. We all went to waterfront park in downtown Charleston for a swim in the fountain and a picnic. My 1st The Have Nots! show at Theatre 99!

Well it finally happened. WE have all been waiting for this moment. I went to see my daddy perform with The Have Nots! for the first time. It was so great. I sat in the seat that has my dog, Ruby's name plate on it. Many years ago, my parents donated money to get Ruby a chair. I think I need my name on one now! I sat and had water and a snack and watched the 1st act of the show. I really thought it was funny. Big day (or night) for us! Miss Brandy and Mr Greg were excited to see me and they could hear my comments through out the whole performance. I am still learning how to whisper. ;) xo

Hello. What you want today?

I have a new dream: I want to open a gelateria. I go to Paolo's gelateria in Charleston--right up the street from my house--several times a week. I love that place! There is a big ice cream cone out front and on the inside it is a gelato lover's dream.

So, as a bit of a practice, I have set up a gelateria in my house. Currently I serve chocolate and vanilla. You get what I want to serve you. I know best. Look at my picture, it tells the whole story. Ciao!

Summer Fun!

All is well here in Charleston, SC. We have had a fun summer. Here are a few shots of me. The weather has turned SO hot. Very humid too! One pic is showing you my curls...ringlets now because of the humidity! I still want my hair long. My parents are always asking me if I want to have Mr. Matt cut it and I say NO! Another one is of me sniffing the flowers out on our porch. We have planted some great pots and also my mom has herbs out there. She has been using them every night for dinner.

Visit with Pop Pop

My Pop Pop came to Myrtle Beach a couple weeks ago for a work trip. Mama, Daddy and I drove up to visit with him for the day. It rained the whole time, but we still had an awesome day! I love Pop Pop and it was great to hang out with him! We had some lunch and then I got to 'build' a dino at the build-a-bear store. That was so cool and Pop Pop has been there before, so he was able to help me. I still love my Velociraptor, Velo. He is in my bed with me EVERY night! XOXO

1st Flush Festival May 2010 Wadmalaw Island SC

We had a great time at the 1st flush fest at the american tea plantation (america's only tea garden). Tons of friends there! Great music and relaxing day under the oaks!

End of school year concert/graduation

OHH...I forgot to tell you this below. This whole production was held at a real theatre and on a real stage! Guess where?? Theatre 99!! That is right, y'all! My school is right next to my daddy's theatre, and Brandy and Greg were nice enough to come in early and let us do out concert there. It was so awesome and the kids, Mrs. Fox and all of our guests LOVED it! After the concert was over, we walked next door to my school, and had a Popsicle and watermelon party out back. So fun!

End of school year concert/graduation

Here are a few photos of my end of school year concert and graduation ceremony. There were 11 kids in total that graduated up to K5 and ones that are leaving to go to the "big" school (the 6 years old). I sat in the front row to watch them get their diplomas and caps. After Mrs. Fox finished that we all sang songs on stage together. I got up on stage and I was front row and center...BUT I didn't sing a word or do any of the movements. It was a big step for me to get up there! My parents were wondering if I knew any of the words to the songs?! The answer is YES! I have been singing them to mama and daddy ever since. Ahhh...3 years old...so very odd! There is 1 pic of me and my best friend at school, Isaac. We both started Fountainhead in January, and we have just sorta stuck together. I am so glad that we will both be going back in the fall. I am already ready to start back to school- I told my mama that the other day. It has been an adjustment for all of us...we didn't realize how fun it was for everyone to have me in school 3 hours a day. ;)I really love it and sometimes get bored with my mama and Ruby all day long. It is Spoleto time in Charleston though, and we have been attending different events every day. Today was African drumming, yesterday was hip hop jazz, and Monday we went to a ballet of 'The Giving Tree'. Tomorrow we will go to the new treescape exhibit at the children's museum and then on Sunday my mama got tickets to see the Charleston ballet theatre production of 'The Little Mermaid'. The weather has turned just plain HOT! Very humid! We hope to get a few more nice Spring days before the Summer temps stick. All my love to you all! Peace.

Pirate Cahal!

Cici brought me this set back from FL. She got one for my Dad too. We can be pirates together! I love to use all the pirate lingo. This starts week 2 of summer break. I already told my Mama that I am ready to go back to school. We have so many pics to post...new post will be coming every couple days. Keep checking back!
